Total Overdose is a third-person shooter developed by Deadline Games and released on September 16, 2005. Set in the border city of Los Toros, players control DEA agent Ramiro Cruz and his twin brother, Tommy, as they seek revenge on their father's killer and combat Mexico's largest drug gang. The game features three playable characters, 20 weapons, and various vehicles. Players can utilize slow-motion mechanics to evade bullets and enhance accuracy while exploring diverse environments, including jungles and deserts, within a large open-world map filled with side quests.
