As humanity expands into space, the Galaxy Federation forms, leaving Earth forgotten. Despite the dangers of the original Zohar, emulators are used, prompting factions to seek the true Zohar. The emergence of an alien race, the Gnosis, leads the Vector Corporation to create KOS-MOS for defense, under the guidance of Shion Uzuki. The game features sci-fi RPG mechanics with visible enemies, optional battles, and strategic turn displays that enhance gameplay through bonuses.
