Sonic CD: Sonic journeys to Never Lake for the annual appearance of Little Planet, where time converges through the hidden Time Stones. Upon arrival, he discovers the planet imprisoned by Dr. Eggman, who seeks the Time Stones to control time. To thwart Eggman's plans, Sonic must harness Little Planet's power to travel through time, destroy Eggman's machines in the past, and recover the stones to restore the future.
