Metroid Prime: On the planet Tallon IV, the technologically advanced Chozo race hid from a violent universe after a meteor crash released the toxic element Phazon, which mutated life and devastated the environment. Attempting to control Phazon's power, the Chozo sealed it in a temple but ultimately abandoned the planet. Now, space pirates seek to harness Phazon and resurrect threats defeated by bounty hunter Samus Aran. In this first-person shooter, players guide Samus through Tallon IV, reclaiming her lost abilities to combat the pirates and uncover the Chozo's tragic history.
